Founded by Anthony Del Nostro, Brandon Radic, Colin Rustik, Kirsten Dize, and Scooter Allen, we’ve combined decades of hands-on experience across music, media, and branding into one powerhouse team.

Meet The Team

Anthony Del Nostro

Anthony is a creative with more than 10 years experience in the music industry, currently working as lead vocalist in Cleveland Nu Core band Unhealthy While Unhinged. His background extends into photography, videography, songwriting, content creation, music recording, in-ear monitor engineering, and studio construction.
Brandon Radic

Radic is a Cleveland native photographer, filmmaker, musician, and owner of Lights and Sound Media. As a pillar in the Cleveland music and creative scenes, Radic puts on shows, supports the local music scene, and works with musicians, brands, and a wide range of creators to help bring their visions and passions to life.
Colin Rustik

Colin is a musical and creative savant. His skill set includes photography, songwriting, music production, music engineering, digital 3D art, and light show creation and programming. He’s also a killer vocalist, guitarist, and drummer currently in the Cleveland Nu Core band, Unhealthy While Unhinged.
Kirsten Dize

Kirsten is a published photographer with more than 15 years experience in photography and content creation. Her background includes photojournalism, wedding photography and videography, portraiture, boudoir, live music photography, social media management, editing, and writing. She is lead photographer with Lights and Sound Media Weddings and fiancée of Brandon Radic.
Scooter Allen

Scooter is a producer, mixer, and the owner of Rewire Recording Studio. Scooter likes to form a deeper relationship with his music artists to bring out the best in them. While working with him, you can consider him another band member with an unbiased vision for what is best for not just the song, but the artist’s brand entirely. He likes to call this creating the “comic book superhero version of the band.”
